Team
The NanYan XinSi R&D team is led by multiple professors from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, with members possessing deep academic backgrounds and extensive research experience in dermatology and scalp health, topical TCM product development, and TCM processing.
Our team has dedicated over a decade to scalp health research, achieving breakthroughs in extracting natural plant actives, supramolecular encapsulation technology, and maintaining scalp microecological balance.
Guided by the principles of science, gentleness, and effectiveness, our team integrates traditional Chinese medicine wisdom with modern technology to deliver truly scientific and effective scalp care solutions.

Academic successor in the sixth national program for famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners; Head of Jiangsu Province's Famous TCM Practitioner Studio; Recognized as an Outstanding Clinical Talent in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province. Led 6 research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Published over 40 academic papers. Co-authored 8 books, served as lead editor for 1, and associate editor for 1. Member of the Dermatology Branch of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Standing Committee Member of the Dermatology Special Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Member of the Jiusan Society, with 11 academic papers published in the past 5 years, including 5 SCI-indexed papers (among which 2 are from CAS Zone 1) and 6 papers in Chinese core journals. Filed more than 10 invention patents. Dedicated to research on topical traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) product development, TCM quality standards, self-assembly mechanisms of TCM, and new TCM product innovation. Actively participated in the preparatory work for the Macau branch of the University TCM Regional Technology Transfer and Transformation Center (Greater Bay Area).

Ph.D. in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; research focus: pharmacology of Chinese medicines and pathogenesis of chronic diseases. Currently serves as a council member of the Preventive Treatment Branch of China Association for Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine, council member of the Healthy Weight Management Branch of China National Association for Ethnic Medicine, committee member of the Cerebrovascular Diseases Committee of Nanjing Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and young committee member of the Dizziness Specialized Disease Committee of Nanjing Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Selected for the 2020 Nanjing City Young TCM Talent Development Program.
